Waveline Direct Attends the 2009 Business Women's Forum!
Waveline Direct had the privilege of printing and designing much of the information used for the 2009 Business Women's Forum. Our team of ladies had the opportunity to to attend the 15th annual one day conference held at the Farm Show Complex and Expo Center in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
The mission of this conference is to provide opportunities for business women to network and develop leadership skills in a motivational and supportive environment. Women from all different industries from a variety of backgrounds can be found interact and network with at this conference. Seminars covering mentoring, communication, etiquette, retirement, hiring, time management, leadership, sales and growing your business were just a few of the topics covered at the forum. Vicki Hitzges, a nationally recognized speaker, spoke at the luncheon our Waveline Direct ladies attended. Hitzges, having studied under Zig Ziglar, passed along an encouraging message that all of the women at the conference could relate to and appreciate.
If you are located in the central Pennsylvania area, this is a worthwhile event to attend or send your employees to. Business booth's are also available allowing you to connect with potential customers and network with other businesses in your area. Check local radio station's website, the local news stations and local newspaper events to discover similar events in your area. Networking is one of the single greatest tools for building your business. Relationships do matter in business today!
